stationery furnished for the use of the General Assembly
of Maryland of 1898, the Executive Department, Court of
Appeals and State Library for 1898; the Executive De-
partment, Court of Appeals and State Library for 1899,
and the General Assembly of Maryland for 1900."

mittee on Finance.

Senate bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact with
amendments, section 116, of Article 16, of the Oode of
Public General Laws of Maryland, title ‘Chancery,' sub-
title ‘PartitiAn."
Which was read the second time, and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.

favorably, with proposed amendments,
Senate bill entitled "An Act to repeal chapter 231, of
the Laws of 1898, entitled ‘An Act to confer on the
Chesapeake Beach Railway Company the powers, rights
and franchises granted to the Washington and Chesa-
peake Beach Railway Company, by chapter 245 of the
Acts of 1894, entitled ‘An Act to incorporate the town of
