Said biil was then sent to the House of Delegates.

Senate bill entitled "An Act to add four additional see-
tions to Article 4, of the Public Local Laws, entitled
'City of Baltimore,' sub-title ‘Miscellaneous Laws,' as the
same was enacted by chapter 123, of the Acts of 1898, to
follow section 604, and to be designated as ‘Sections 604
A, 604 B, 604 C, and 604 D, respectively,' providing for a
clerk to the grand juries of said city, defining his duties,
and imposing a penalty for the violation thereof."

Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays
as follows
