Mr. Crothers, from Committee on Finance, reported unfavorably, Senate bill eutit led "An Act to provide for the pay- ment to the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore of all money received for licenses by the Clerk of the Court of Common Pleas in the city of Baltimore." Pendiug further consideration of which, On motion of Mr. Crothers, Said bill was made the Special Order of the Day for Wednesday, February 28th, at 12.30 P. M. Also, unfavorably, Senate bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 679, of the Acts of 1898, chapter 123, entitled ‘City of Balti- more,' sub- title 'Miscellan eous Local Laws,' and to re-en- act said section with amendments."
