117, of Article 17, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
‘Prince George's County,' sub-title 'Treasurer,' as enacted
by chapter 222, of the Acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland of the year 1898, and to re-enact the same with
amendments."
Which was read the first time and referred to Senators
Peter, Williams, of Anne Arundel, and Marsh.
By Mr. Rohrback,
A bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 12. of chapter
457, of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland,
passed at the January Session of 1898, entitled an Act to
repeal Article 45, of the Code of Public General Laws,
title ‘Husband and Wife,' and to re-enact the same with
amendments."
Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Judicial Proceedings.
