And be it further enacted, that all the operations and acts heretofore undertaken or done and performed in the name of The Old Line Real Estate and Trust Company of Baltimore city, be and the same are hereby ratified and confirmed and made valid in law as the corporate acts of The Old Line Real Estate and Trust Company of Baltimore city, and as such valid operations and acts shall devolve upon and enure to the Central Real Estate and Trust Company of Maryland, which is hereby fixed and established as the corporate name of said corporation." Which proposed amendments were severally adopted, and the bill Was read the second time, and' ordered to be engrossed for a third reading, THIRD ORDER OF THE DAY. The hour having arrived, The Senate considered the third Order of the Day, being Senate bill No. 90, entitled ‘An Act to repeal and re- enact with amendments sections 1, 2 and 3, of chapter 215, of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed at the session of 11898, entitled ‘An Act to amend the charter of the Security Storage and Trust Company of Baltimore city, so as to change the name of said cor- poration, and to otherwise amend its charter.'" With proposed amendment; AMENDMENT PROPOSED. Insert after the word "upon," at the end of section 3 the following "Provided that such corporations shall he subject at all times to the provisions of the Act of 1892, chapters 109 and 279, or amendments or supplements thereto." PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO AMENDMENT PROPOSED. By Mr. Putzel, Amend by adding at the end of proposed amendment, "and to the provisions of all other general laws affecting corporations of a similar character,."
