Senate bill No. 116, entitled "An Act to amend section
1, of chapter 369, of the Acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland of 1898, entitled an Act to incorporate the
Old Line Real Estate and Trust Company of Baltimore
city, and to repeal sections 2, 3, 4, 6, 11, 12 and 13, of
said chapter, and to re-enact certain of those sections
with amendments, and to add certain additional sections
to said chapter, granting additional powers, and to be
known as ‘Sections 6 A, 6 B, 6 C, 10 A and 10 B,' with
proposed amendments."
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
At the end of section 10 B, after the word "extent," add
the following:
"Provided that said corporation shall be subject at all
times to the provisions of the Acts of 1892, chapters 109
and 279, or amendments or supplements thereto."
PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

By Mr. Putzel,
Amend by adding at the end of proposed amend-
ment, "and to the provisions of all other general laws
affecting corporations."
Which proposed amendment to the amendment pro-
posed was adopted, and
The proposed amendment as amended was adopted.
FURTHER AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
By President Hubner,
Amend title of' bill by adding after 10 B, the follow-
ing:
"And to ratify, make valid and comprise all operations
and acts heretofore undertaken or done and performed
by and in the name of the Old Line Real Estate and Trust
Company of Baltimore city."
Also,
FURTHER AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

In section 4, in line 84 of printed bill, strike out the
figure "4” and insert the figure "5," so as to read "Sec-
tion 5."
Also,
FURTHER AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

At end of section 3 add an additional section to be
numbered as "Section 4," so as to read as follows:
