Senate bill entitled "An Act to prohibit the laying of
railway tracks upon Chase street, between Broadway and
Maryland avenue, in the city of Baltimore, without the
consent of the General Assembly."
Which was read the second time and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.

Senate bi]1 No. 42, entitled "An Act to provide for a
State subscription to Perkins' Annotated Maryland Re-
ports, and for an appropriation therefor."

Code of Public General Laws, title ‘Oysters,' as the same
was re-enacted by chapter 380, of the Acts of 1894. and
by chapter 117, of the Acts of 1898."
