Which was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for a third reading. BILLS—THIRD READING. Senate bi]1 No. 42, entitled "An Act to provide for a State subscription to Perkins' Annotated Maryland Re- ports, and for an appropriation therefor." Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays as follows: AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President, Dick, Applegarth, Kirwan, Baker, Marsh, Beasman, Messick, Bouic, Moses, Brewington, Wilkinson, Bryan, Williams, of Har. Crothers, —15. NEGATIVE. Messrs. Betts, Rohrback—2. Said bill was then sent to the House of Delegates. Senate bill No. 110, entitled "An Act to repeal and re- enact with amendments, section 6, of Article 72, of the Code of Public General Laws, title ‘Oysters,' as the same was re-enacted by chapter 380, of the Acts of 1894. and by chapter 117, of the Acts of 1898."
