Senate bill No. 68, entitled "An Act to repeal sections
7 and 12, of the Acts of the General Assembly of Mary-
land, of 1896, chapter 309, entitled ‘An Act to incorporate
the International Trust Company of Maryland, and tore-
enact the same with amendments."
With proposed amendments:
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
After "committee” in section 12, insert the following:
"Provided that said corporation shall be subject at all
times to the provisions of the Acts of 1892, chapter 109
or 279, or amendments or supplements thereto."
