M. Mr. Applegarth, from Select Committee, reported fav- orably, House bill entitled "An Act to repeal chapter 488, of the Acts of 1858, entitled an Act to amend Articles 6, 10 and 21, of the Code of Public Local Laws, titles respec- tively ‘Caroline County, Dorchester County and Talbot County,' sub-title ‘Fish,' by adding three new sections thereto, to be designated as ‘Sections 146 A, of Article 6, Section 182 A, of Article 10 and Section 116 A, of Arti- cle 21." Which was read the second time. ORDER OF THE DAY. The hour having arrived, the Senate considered the Order of the Day, being Senate bill No. 20, entitled "An Act to add a new sec- tion to Article 23, of the Code of Public General Laws, title ‘ Corporations,' sub-title ‘ Railroads,' to follow sec- tion 177, and to be designated as ‘Section 177 A.'"
