Pending further consideration of which,
On motion of Mr. Williams, of Harford,
Said bill, with proposed amendments, was made the
Special Order of the Day for Tuesday, February 20th, at
1.40 P. M.
Mr. Applegarth, from Select Committee, reported fav-
orably,
House bill entitled "An Act to repeal chapter 488, of
the Acts of 1858, entitled an Act to amend Articles 6, 10
and 21, of the Code of Public Local Laws, titles respec-
tively ‘Caroline County, Dorchester County and Talbot
County,' sub-title ‘Fish,' by adding three new sections
thereto, to be designated as ‘Sections 146 A, of Article 6,
Section 182 A, of Article 10 and Section 116 A, of Arti-
cle 21."
Which was read the second time.

ORDER OF THE DAY.
The hour having arrived, the Senate considered the
Order of the Day, being
Senate bill No. 20, entitled "An Act to add a new sec-
tion to Article 23, of the Code of Public General Laws,
title ‘ Corporations,' sub-title ‘ Railroads,' to follow sec-
tion 177, and to be designated as ‘Section 177 A.'"
On motion of Mr. Williams, of Harford,
Further consideration on said bill was indefinitely
postponed.

BILLS—THIRD READING.
Senate bill No. 77, entitled "An Act to repeal and re-
enact with amendments chapter 499, of the Acts of 1898,
of the General Assembly of Maryland, entitled an Act to
amend Article 93, of the Code of Public General Laws of
Maryland, title ‘Testamentary Law,' by adding a new
section thereto, to be known as ‘Section 290 A.'"
Was read the third time. and passed by yeas and nays,
as follows
