Senate bill No. 15, entitled "An Act to make valid the sales made, and the deeds, devises and other instruments of writing executed and delivered by trustee or trustees to whom any estate, real, personal or mixed, shall have been limited or conveyed for the benefit of creditors, or to be sold for any other purpose, where such trustee or trustees have failed to comply with the requirements of section 205 of Article 16, of the Code of Public General Laws, in giving bond with but one surety."
