REPORTS OF SELECT COMMITTEES.
Mr. Brewington, from Select Committee, reported fav-
orbly,
Senate bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 132, of
Article 23, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title ‘Wicom-
ico County,' sub-title ‘Salisbury,' and to re-enact the same
with amendments."
Which was read a second time and ordered to be en-
grossed for a third reading.
Mr. Rohrback, from Selecte Committee, reported fav-
orably,
Senate bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 25, of
Article 20, of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland;
title ‘Constables,' sub-title. ‘Police, Duties of Constables,'
in so far as the same relates to Frederick county."
Which was read the second time and ordered to be en-
grossed for a third reading.
Mr. Crothers from Select Committee reported fav-
orably,
Senate bill entitled "An Act to incorporate the Eder
Park Association of Elkton, Maryland."
Which was read the second time, and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.
Mr. Applegarth, from. Select Committee, reported fav-
orably.
House bill entitled "An Act to authorize and empower
James M. Baker, to construct in front of his property in
the town of Cambridge, Dorchester county, a wharf or
shell walk extending out tnto the Great Choptank river."
Which was read time second time.

Mr. Williams, from Select Committee, reported favor-
ably, with proposed am eiidments,
Senate bill No. 3, entitled an Act to repeal a.nd re-enact,
with amendments, sections 112, 112 A, 112 B and 113, of
Article 2, of the Code of Public Local Laws, tithe "Anne
Arundel County," sub-title "County Commissioners," so
as to provide for the increase of the number of County
Commissioners of Anne Arundel county from three to
seven, and for the appointment by the Governor of the
four County Commissioners to fill the vacancy caused by
