M., On motion of Mr. Peter, • The Senate went into Executive Session. At 9.05 o'clock, P. M., On motion of Mr. Peter, The Senate resumed Legislative business. At 9.06 o'clock, P. M,, On motion of Mr, Crothers, The Senate adjourned. WEDNESDAY, Jan. 10, 1900. Senate met at 11 A. M. Prayer by the Rev. Dr. Southerland. Present at roll call the following Senators: Messrs.
