By Mr. Williams, of Anne Arundel,

Joint Resolution extending the term of service of Hon-
orable James Revell as Associate Judge of the Fifth
Judicial Circuit of Maryiand, until the expiration of the
full period of fifteen years, for which he was elected.

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on Judicial Proceedings, hereafter to be ap-
pointed.


At 9 o'clock, P. M.,

On motion of Mr. Peter,

• The Senate went into Executive Session.
At 9.05 o'clock, P. M.,

On motion of Mr. Peter,

The Senate resumed Legislative business.


At 9.06 o'clock, P. M,,

On motion of Mr, Crothers,

The Senate adjourned.








WEDNESDAY, Jan. 10, 1900.

Senate met at 11 A. M.

Prayer by the Rev. Dr. Southerland.

Present at roll call the following Senators:
