Also, House bill eutitled "An Act to repeal chapter 42, of the Acts passed at the January Session of the General Assembly of 1894, entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact with amendments section 142, of Article 7, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title ‘Carroll County,' sub-title ‘State's Attorney.' Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas and nays." Which was read the first time and referred to Senators Beasmau, Wilkinson and Kirwan. Also, House bill entitled "An Act to repeal chapter 488, of the Acts of 1898, entitled an Act to amend Articles 6, 10 and 21, of the Code of Public Local Laws, titles respect- ively, ‘Caroline County,' ‘Dorchester County,' and ‘Talbot County,' sub-title ‘Fish,' by adding three new sections thereto, to be designated as ‘Sections 146 A, of Article 6,' ‘Section 182 A, of Article 10,' and ‘Section 116 A, of Arti- cle 21.'" Endorsed; "Read the third time and passed by yeas and nays." Which was read the first time and referred to Senators Applegarth, Messick and Dodson. Also, House bill entitled "An Act to authorize and empower Junius M. Baker, to construct in front of his property in the town of Cambridge, Dorchester county, a wharf or shell walk extending out into the Great Choptank river." Endorsed: "Read the third time and jassed by yeas and nays." Which was read the first time and referred to Senators Applegarth, Brewington and Moore. Also, House bill entitled "An Act to provide for the selling of corn, hay, straw, fodder and potatoes in Annapolis city by weight, and to establish scales therefor." |
