Mr. Williams, of Harford, from Select Committe re-
ported favorably,
House bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 8, of Art-
icle 81, of the Code of Public General Laws of Maryland,
so far as the same relates to Harford county."

Which was read the second time.

Mr. Williams, of Anne Arundel, from Select Committee
reported favorably,
Senate bill entitled "An Act to authorize and direct the
School Conmmissioners of Anne Arundel county to appro-
pri.ate a sufficient sum of money for the purchase of a
site and erection of a school house in the Fourth Elec-
tion District of Anne Arundel county."

Which was read the second time, and ordered to be en-
grossed for a third reading.
Mr. Kirwan, from Select Committee, reported favor-
ably,
Senate bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 43, sec-
tion 44 and section 45, of Article 18, of the Public Local
Laws, entitled ‘Queen Anne's County,' sub-title ‘Centre-
yule,' and to re-enact time same with amendments."
Wimich was read the second time, and. ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.
Mr. Dick, from Select Committee, reported favorably,
Senate bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments sections 185 and 186, of Article 1, of
the Code of Public Local Laws, title ‘Allegany County,'
sub-title 'Manufacturers and Miners.'"
Which was read time second time, and ordered to be en-
grossed for a third reading.


The President distributed the following message
House bill entitled "Aim Act to amend sections 1 and 2,
of chapter 344, of the Acts of 1896, entitled ‘An Act to
incorporate the Fraternal Trust and Banking Company,
so that the corporate title of said corporation shall here-
after be the ‘City Trust and Banking Company,' and
further amending said Act so as to authorize the election
of twenty-five directors or less.'"
