"An Act to incorporate the Home for the Aged of Fred-
erick city," passed by the General Assembly of Maryland
in the year 1892, and known as "chapter 87, of the Acts
of the General Assembly of Maryland of that year."
Which was read the first time, and referred to Senators
Rohrback, Betts and Kirwan.

A bill entitled an Act to repeal chapter 407, of the Acts
of the General Assembly of Maryland of 1898, entitled
an Act to add an additional section to Article 38, of the
Code of Public General Laws, entitled "Fines and
Forfeitures," to follow section 3, and to be known as
"Section 4."
Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on Judicial Proceedings, hereafter to be ap-
pointed.

A bill entitled an Act to repeal section 461, of Article
4, Public Local Laws, entitled "City of Baltimore," sub-
title "Gas Companies," as amended amid re-enacted by
chapter 123, of time Acts of 1898, and re-enact time same
with amendments.
Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on Corporations, hereafter to be appointed.

and fifteen of Article two, of the Code of Public Local
Lows; title "Anne Arunde] County," sub-title "County
Commissioners," as enacted by chapter 118 of the Acts

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on Elections.
