authorize the corporation of the city of Annapolis to pur-
chase said stock as they may deem proper."

Mr. Moore, from Committee on Corporations, reported
favorably, with proposed amendment,

Senate bill No. 68, entitled "An Act to repeal sections
7 and 12, of the Acts of the General Assembly of Mary-
land, of 1896, chapter 309, entitled ‘An Act to incorpo-
rate the International Trust Company of Maryland, and
to re-enact the same with amendments'"

AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

After "committee” in section 12, insert the following:
"Provided that said corporation shall be subject at all
times to the provisions of the Acts of 1892, chapter 109
or 279, or amendments or supplements thereto."

PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

By Mr. Putzel,
Amend by adding to proposed amendment the follow-
ing: "And to all other General Laws affecting corpora-
tions."

On motion of Mr. Moses,

Said bill, with proposed amendments, was made the
special Order of the day for Monday, February 19th, at
8.30 P. M.
Mr. Moore; from the Committee on Corporations, re-
ported favorably, with proposed amendment,

Senate bill No. 116, entitled "An Act to amend section
1, of chapter 369, of the Acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland of 1898, entitled ‘An Act to incorporate The
Old Line Real Estate and Trust Company of Baltimore
city,' and to repeal sections 2, 3, 4, 6, 11, 12 and 13, of
said chapter, and to re-enact certain of those sections
with amendments, and to add certain additional sections
to said chapter, granting additional powers, and to be
known as 'Sections 6 A, 6 B, 6 C, 10 A and 10 B."

AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

At the end of section 10 B, after the word "extent," add.
