ed unfavorably,
House Joint Resolutions No. 3, appointing a Joint
Special Committee of the General Assembly of Maryland
to examine into and report by bill or otherwise, upon the
condition of the bridge of the Annapolis Short Line
Railroad crossing the Severn river.
