follow said section 70, to be designated as ‘Section 70 A."

tors Marsh, Wilkinson and Williams, of Anne Arundel.

A bill entitled "An Act to amend chapter 374, of the
Acts of 1898, of the General Assembly of Maryland, en-
titled ‘An Act to Incorporate the Citizens Trust and
Deposit Company of Baltimore."
Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on Corporations.

A bill entitled "An Act to add a new section to Article
4, entitled ‘City of Baltimore,' of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, as repealed and re-enacted by
chapter 123, of the Acts of 1898, to follow section 682,
and to be designated as ‘Section 682 A."

A bill entitled "An Act to repeiL section 132, of Article
23, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title ‘Wicomico
County,' sub-title ‘Salisbury,' and to re-enact the same
with amendments."

tors Brewington, Applegarth and Moore.

A bill entitled "An Act to repeal sections 6, 15, 18, 32,
33 and 34, of chapter 495, of the Acts of the General As-
sembly of Maryland of the session of 1898, entitled ‘An
Act to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, the charter
of the town of Brunswick, in Frederick county, as said
charter was enacted by chapter 577, of the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland, passed at the January
session of 1890, and amended by chapter 520, of the Acts
of the (funeral Assembly of 1894, and by chapter 380, of
the Acts of the General Assembly of 1896, and to re-en-
act said sections 6, 15 and 18, of said chapter 495, of the
Act of 1898, so as to read as follows."
