By Mr. Ravenscroft, A bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 85, of Article 12, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title ‘Garrett County,' sub-title ‘Deer Park,' and to re-enact the same with amendments.'" Which was read the first time, and referred to Senators Ravenscroft, Dick and Betts. By Mr. Williams, of Anne Arundel, A bill entitled "An Act to add an additional section to Article 5, of the Code of Public General Laws, title ‘Ap- peals and Errors,' sub-title ‘Appeals from Courts of Law,' to come in after section 14, and to be ‘Section 14 A,' of said Article 5 of the Code.' Which was read time first time, and referred to the Commitnee on Judicial Proceedings. By Mr. Dennis (by request), A bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 201, of the Public Local Laws, Article 20, title ‘Somerset County,' sub-title ‘Princess Anne,' as amended by section 201, of chapter 543, of the laws of Maryland, passed by the General Assembly of Maryland, at the January session of time year 1894., and to re-enact the same with amend- ments."
