A bill entitled "An Act to enable the qualified voters
of the town of Brunswick, In Petersville district, in
Frederick county, Maryland, to determine by ballot
whether spirituons or fermented liquors or lager beer
shall be Hold In the said sown of Brunswick."
Which was read the first time, and referred to Sena-
rs Rohrback, Betts and Dick.
Also,
A bill entitled "An Act to amend Article 11, of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title ‘Frederick
County: by inserting after section 142, under a new sub-
title to be designated ‘Fire Insurance Agents,' certain
additional sections to be known as ‘142 A, 142 B, 142 C,
142 D aud 142 B,' providing for the licensing of fire In-
surance agents within Frederick county."
Which was read the first time, and referred to Sena-
tors Rohrback, Dick and Betts.

A bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 25, of Article
20, of the Code of Public General Laws of Maryland,
title 'Constables,' sub-title ‘Police, Duties of (Jonstables,'
