Senate bill entitled "An Act to authorize the Board of
Police Commissioners of Baltimore city, to increase the
pension of William T. Lemmon, a retired patrolman of
the Pcflice Force of Baltimore city."
Which was read the second time, and ordered to he
engrossed for a third reading.
Mr. Putzel, from a Select Committee, reported unfa-
vorably,
Senate bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 668, of
Article 4, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title ‘City of
Baltimore,' and to re-enact the same with amendments."
Mr. Putzel moved that said bill be substituted for the
unfavorable report.
Which motion was rejected by yeas and nays, as fol-
lows:

Senate bill No. 50, entitled "An Act to repeal section
796, of Article 4, Public Local Laws, entitled ‘City of
Baltimore,' sub-title ‘Street Railway Fares,' as amended
and re-enacted by chapter 123, of the Acts of 1898, and
re-enact the same with amendments."
Which was read the second time, and ordered to be en-
grossed for a third reading.
