The following Acts of the General Assembly of Mary-
land, originating in the Senate, were sealed with the
Great Seal and presented on the 13th day of February,
A. D. 1900, at 11.40 o'clock A. M., to the Governor of
Maryland for his approval:
An Act to give and grant the sanction and consent of
the General Assembly of Maryland to the bequest made
by the will of Bartholomew Fitzsimmons to the Wood-
stock College of Baltimore county.
An Act to sanction the bequest of $500 to St. Paul's Eng-
lish Evangelical Lutheran Church, of Baltimore city, con-
tained in the last will and testament of Mary Emtha
Spilcker, late of Baltimore city.
