By Mr. Rohrback, A bill entitled "An Act to amend Article 11 of the Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, title ‘Frederick County,' by inserting after section 37, under a new sub- title to be designated. ‘Attorney's Fees,' certain addi- tional sections to be known as ‘37 A and 37 B,' provid- ing for the appointment of assistant counsel in criminal and other State cases, and to defend in criminal cases, and regulating the compensation to be allowed by the County Commissioners of said county for such services.'" Which was read the first time and referred to Senators, Rohrback, Betts and Ravenscroft. By Mr. Rohrback, A bill entitled "An Act to amend Article 11, of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title Frederick County,' by inserting after section 139, under a new sub- title to be designated 'Fees of Officers,' certain addi- tional sections to be known as 139 A, and 139 B, regu- lating certain fees to be paid to the Sheriff of Frederick county, and to the county constables of said county."
