Said bill was then sent to the House of Delegates.



The President distributed the following message from
the House of Delegates:
House bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 8, of Art-
icle 81, of the Code of Public General Laws of Maryland,
so far as the same relates to Harford county."
Endorsed: "Read the third time, and passed by yeas
and nays."
Which was read the first time, and referred to Senators
Williams, of Anne Arundel, Crothers and Williams of
Harford.

Also,
House bill entitled "An Act to authorize and em-
power the County Commissioners of Baltimore county, to
change the grade of the public road in the thirteenth
district of said county, commonly known as the ‘Wash-
ington Turnpike Road,' at and near the place where the
same crosses the Baltimore and Potomac Railroad at grade,
for the purpose of doing away with such grade crossing,
and to provide for the construction of the bridge or
bridges that may. be made necessary thereby."
Endorsed: "Read the third time, and passed by yeas
and nays."
Which was read the first time, and referred to Sen
ators Hubner, Dodson and Bouic.
