NEGATIVE—None. Said bill was then sent to the House of Delegates. Senate bill No. 72, entitled "An Act to enlarge and confirm the powers and authority of Mt. St. Joseph's College, of Baltimore county, incorporated under the general provisions of the 26th Article of the Code by the Circuit Court for Baltimore county under the corporate name of St. Joseph's College, of Baltimore county, and which is on record in the clerk's office of said Court, of date October 6th, 1876, and recorded in Liber J. B., No. 1, folio 130, etc., one of the incorporation records of Balti- more county, and also an amended incorporation under the general provision of the 26th Article of the Code by said Court, by which amendment said corporate name was changed to Mt. St. Joseph's College, of Baltimore county, and which is also on record in the clerk's office of said Court, of date June 9, 1881, and recorded in Liher J.
