tion of a board of Police Examiners of Baltimore city, to
define and prescribe the duties thereof, and to regulate
appointments to, promotion, reductions in rank, and
transfers in and removals from the police force of said
city, and to repeal all Acts and parts of Acts inconsistent
with this Act, said provisions to be a part of Article 4,
Public Local Laws, sub-title ‘Police Commissioners,' and
to be numbered sections 745 A, 745 B, 745 C, 745 D,
745 E and 745 F."
