‘City of Baltimore,' sub-title ‘Police Commissioners,' as
amended and re-enacted by chapter 123, of the Acts of
1898, and to re-enact the same with amendments."

In line 13 Of printed bill, section 640, after the word
"parties," insert the following: "And the one represent-
ing the minority party, that is to say, the party opposite
to that of the Governor, shall be selected by him from a
list of four names to be submitted to him by the mem-
bers from Baltimore city, of the State Central Commit-
tee of said minority party."
