By Mr. Peter,
A bill entitled "An Act to extend the privilege and
amend the charter of the Laurel Building Association of
Prince George's county, a corporation incorporated un-
der the General Laws of this State."
Which was read the first time and jeferred to the
Committee on Corporations.


REPORTS OF STANDING COMMITTEES.
Mr. Bouic from Committee on Judicial Proceedings re-
ported favorably.
Senate bill No. 77, entitled "An Act to repeal and re-
enact with amendments chapter 499 of the Acts of 1898
of the General Assembly of Maryland entitled ‘An Act to
amend Article ninety-three of the Code of Public General
Laws of Maryland,' title ‘Testamentary Law,' by adding
a new section thereto to he known as section 290 A.'"
Which was read the second time and ordered to be en-
grossed for a third reading.
Mr. Bouic, from Committee on Judicial Proceedings,
reported unfavorably,
A bill No. 99, entitled "An Act to amend section sed ion 2, of
Article 35, title ‘Evidence,' of the Code of Public General
Laws."
On motion of Mr. Putzel,
Said bill was re-committed to the Committee on Judi-
cial Proceedings.


REPORTS OF SELECT COMMITTEES.
Mr Bouic, from Select Committee, reported favorably,
Senate bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments, section 218, of Article 16, of the Code
of Public Laws, title ‘Montgomery County,' sub-title
‘Taxes,' as amended by the Acts of 1892, chapter 418,
and to add six sections to said Article to follow immed-
iately after section 219, and to be known as ‘Sections
220, 221, 222, 223, 224 and 225.'"
