By Mr. Moses, (by request) A bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact with amendments, sections 1, 2 and 3, of chapter 215, of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed at the session, of 1898, entitled ‘An Act to amend the char •ter of the Security Storage and Trust company of Bal- timore city, so as to change the name of said corporation, and to otherwise amend its charter." Which was read the first time, and referred to the Committee on Corporations. By Mr. Moore, A bill entitled "An Act to prohibit the trapping, cap- turing, shooting or otherwise killing or injuring of quail, in Worcester county for one year." Which was read the first time, and referred to Sena- tors Moore, Dennis and Brewington. By Mr. Rohrback, A bill entitled "An Act to incorporate the Consumer's Electric Light, Gas, Heat and Power Company, of Fred- erick county." Which was read the first time, and referred to Sena- tors Rohrback, Dick and Betts. By Mr. Williams, of Harford, A bill entitled "An Act to declare the sanction of the General Assembly of Maryland, to a certain deed from Rosa Mihegan to James Cardinal Gibbons, Roman Cath- olic Archbishop of Baltimore and his successors."
