1900.] OF THE SENATE. 169 By Mr. Moses, A bill entitled "An Act to amend Article 23, of the Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, title ‘Chancery,' sub-title ‘Pleadings, Practice and Process,' by adding a new section thereto, to be known as ‘Section 186 B.'" Which was read the first time, and referred to the Committee on Judicial Proceedings. Also, A bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact with amendments, chapter 254, of the Acts of 1898, of the Geaeral Assembly of Maryland, entitled ‘An Act to re- peal and re-enact with amendments, section 46, of Article 16, of the Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, title ‘Chancery.'" Which was read the first time, and referred to the Committee on Judicial Proceedings. By Mr. Williams, of Anne Arundel (by request), A bill entitled "An Act to repeal chapter 614, passed at January Session of the General Assembly of Maryland, 1894." Which was read the first time, and referred to Senators Williams, of Anne Arundel, Bouic and Crothers. Also, A bill entitled "An Act to authorize and direct the Board of Public Works and the County Commissioners of Anne Arundel county to keep on duty a special guard boat in Bering Bay, Anne Arundel county, during the whole year, instead of a part of the year, as at present." Which was read the first time, and referred to the Com- mitiee on Finance. Also, A bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact with amendments section 184 J, of Article 2, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title ‘Anne Arundel County,' as said section rwas re-enacted by chapter 598, of the Acts of 1892."
