vise contained in the last will and codicils of George A.
Reinecker, late of Baltimore city, deceased, to the trus-
tees of the Protestant Episcopal Theological Seminary and
High School, in Virginia."
Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on Judicial Proceedings.

A bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact with
amendments, section 9A, of Article 10, of the Code of
Public General Laws, title Attorneys-at-Law and Attor-
neys in Fact,' as added thereto, by Acts of 1898, chapter
166."
