Mr. Crothers, from the Committee on Finance, reported
favorably, with amendment, the following order,
Ordered, That W. Meade Holladay be allowed, thirteen
day's per diem, at $10 per day, as Acting Journal Clerk
of the Senate, at the present session.

Substitute for order by Finance Committee:
"Ordered, That W. Meade Holladay be, and is hereby,
allowed the sum of one hundred dollars ($100) as Acting
Journal Clerk of the Senate, at the present session.
