Mr. Brewington moved that the Rules he suspended,
and
House bill entitled "An Act to regulate the taking of
oysters from the waters of the Potomac river, above a
line drawn from Mathias' Point, King George's county,.
Va., to Windmill Point, in Charles county, Md."
Be put on its third reading and final passage.

Mr. Wilkinson moved that further consideration of said
bill be indefinitely postponed,
