Gentlemen of the House of Delegates:
We propose, with the concurrence of your Honorable
Body, that the two Houses of the General Assembly ad-
journ sine die at 12 o'clock, midnight.

Delegates.
Also, the following message:
BY THE SENATE,
April 2, 1900.
Gentlemen of the House of Delegates:
We propose, with the concurrence of your Honorable
Body, the appointment of a Joint Committee of five,
three on the part of the House and two on the part of the
SenatM to wait upon his Excellency, the Governor, and.
inform him that the Legislature will adjourn to-night at
12 o'clock midnight, and to learn if lie has any further
communications to make.
We have named on the part of the Senate, Senators
Crothers and Williams of Harford.

On motion of Mr. Bryan,
The Senate reconsidered its action by which the un-
favorable report by Select Committee on
House bill entitled "An Act to repeal and. re-enact
section 505 of chapter 123, of the Acts passed January
session 1898."
