On motion of Mr. Moore,
The Senate went into Executive Session.
A.t 9.45 P. M., *
On motion of Mr. Williams, of Harford,
The Senate resumed Legislative business.


The Clerk of the House of Delegates appeared and de-
livered the following message:
By THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES.
April 2nd, 1900.
Gentlemen of the Senate
The House of Delegates having refused to concur in
amendment proposed by the Senate to the House bill en-
titled "An Act to incorporate the Century Fire Insurance
Company of Baltimore city."
We respectfully request your Honorable Body to re
-cede from said amendments and herewith return said.
bill.

The Senate receded from the following proposed
