Mr Rohrback, from Select Committee, reported un- favorably, Senate bill entitled "An Act to authorize and require the County Commissioners of Frederick county, to pay to the Mayor and Aldermen of Frederick one-half of the amount of the road tax levied or taxed upon the property within the taxable limits of the city of Frederick, in Frederick county." Which report was adopted. Also, unfavorably, House bill entitled "An Act to repeal sections 311 C, 311 D, 311 F and 311 G, of Article 11, of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title ‘Frederick County,' sub-title ‘Liquors and Intoxicating Drinks,' as enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, by chapter 201 of the Acts passed at the January Session in the year 1892, and to re-enact said sections with amendments." Which report was adopted. Mr. Messick, from Select Committee reported unfavor- ably (Mr. Applegarth dissenting), House bill entitled "An Act to repeal sections 51 B, 51 C and 51 D, of Article 6, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title ‘Caroline County,' sub-title ‘County Oommis- sioners,' and re-enact the same with amendments."
