Which was read, assented to, and sent to the House of Delegates. Mr. Bryan submitted the followihg message: BY THE SENATE, April 2nd, 1900. Gentlemen of the House of Delegates: We respectfully request your Honorable Body to re- turn to the Senate House bill, file No. 10k, for further consideration by the Senate. By order, ALFRED RITTER, Secretary. Which was read, assented to and sent to the House of Delegates. The Clerk of the House of Delegates appeared and de- livered the following message: BY THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES. March 31st, 1900. Gentlemen of the Senate We have received from your Honorable Body House bill, printed No. 162, relating to the payment of dece- dent's wages without admini5tration, with proposed. amendment. We have noncurred in said amendment and respect- fully ask your Honorable Body to recede from the same. We herewith return said bill, and have appointed A. J. Robinson, C. E. Siegmund and W. L. Cover a Committee- of Conference on the part of the House of Delegates. By order, B. L. SMITH, Chief Clerk. Which was read. |
