In line 6, section 1, strike out the words "not a bona
fide resident of Harford county."
In line 9 of section 1, strike out the words "not a resi-
dent of Harford county."
In line 17, strike out the words "except a resident of
Harford county."
In line 20, strike out the word "ten," and insert "fif-
teen."
Which proposed amendments were severally adopted,

The bill was read the second time.

The Clerk of the House of Delegates appeared and de-
livered the following message:
