House bill entitled "An Act to add two additional sec-
tions to Article 27. of the Code of Public General Laws,
title ‘Crimes and Punishment,' under the new sub-title
‘Protection of Employees,' to come in after section 169,
and to be known as ‘169 X and 169 Y,' to forbid employ-
ers from restraining and preventing employees from
joining labor organizations, and providing a penalty for
violation thereof."
Which report was adopted.

House bill entitled "An Act to add an additional sec-
tion to Article 93 of the Code of Public General Laws,
entitled ‘Testamentary Laws,' sub-title ‘Wills,' to be
known as ‘Section 316 B."

House bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 40. of
Article [7, of the Code of Public General Laws, title
Clerks of Courts,' sub-title ‘Clerks of the Court of Ap-
peals,' as repealed and re-enacted by the Acts of 1894,
chapter 298, and to re-enact the same with amendments."

House bill entitled "An Act to amend Article 93 of the
Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, title ‘Testa-
mentary Law,' by adding a new sub.section to said Art-
icle under the title ‘Fees and Estates under $500,' said
section to follow section 80 of said Article, and to be:
designated as ‘Section 80 A.'"
