President, Gray, Baker, Messick, Betts, Moses, Brewington, Peter, Bryan, Ravenscroft, Crothers, Rohrback, Dennis, Williams, of Har., Dick, —15. NEGATIVE—None. Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates. REPORTS OF STANDING COMMITTEES. Mr. Rohrback, from Committee on Insurance and Loans, reported unfavorably, House bill entitled "An Act to repeal sections 119 A, 119 B and 119 C, of Article 23, of the Code of Public General Laws, title ‘Corporations,' sub-title ‘Insurance Companies,' and to re-enact the same with amendments." Which report was adopted. Also favorably, House bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact sec tions 143 A, 143 B, 143 C, 143 D of Article 23, of the Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, title ‘Corpo- rations,' sub-title ‘Insurance Department,' said sections when enacted to cover the subject of insurance brokers." Which was read the second time. Mr. Betts, from Committee on Agriculture, reported favorably, House bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 6, of Article 61, of the Code of Public General Laws of Mary- land, entitled ‘Manures and Fertilizers,' as amended by chapter 397 of the Acts of 1894, and to re-enact same with amendments." Pending further consideration of which, On motion of Mr. Brewington, Said bill was made the Special Order of the Day for Saturday, March 3 1st, at 9 P. M. |
