AFTERNOON SESSION.

SATURDAY, March 31st, 1900.
The Senate resumed session at 4 P. M.

Present at roll call the following Senators:

Messrs. President, Applegartli, Baker, Beasman, Betts,
Bouic, Brewington, Bryan, Crothers, Dennis, Dick, Dod-
son, Gray, Kirwan, Marsh, Messick, Moore, Moses, Peter,
Putzel, Ravenscroft, Rohrback, Wilkinson, Williams, of
Harford, Williams, of Anne Arundei—25.


Mr. Crothers moved that the Senate reconsider its
action by which the unfavorable report by the Commit-
tee on Finance on

House bill entitled "An Act to appropriate a certain
sum to the House of Refuge," for the purpose of re-
modeling the plumbing and closets of the buildings, and
for increasing the water supply and for other necessary


adopted.
