Mr. Moore, from Committee on Corporations, reported
favorably,

House bill entitled "An Act to incorporate the Balti-
more County and City Railway, Electric Light and Im-
provement Company."

Which was read the second time.

Mr. Crothers, from Committee on Finance, reported
unfavorably, the following order:

Ordered, That time postmaster be and he is hereby
directed to furnish each Senator, the Secretary, Journal
Clerk and Reading Clerk, $1 5,00 worth of stamps.

Mr. Ravenscroft moved that the order be substituted
for the unfavorable report.
