Which report was adopted. Also unfavorably, House bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact sec- tion 505, of chapter 123, of the Acts passed January ses- sion, 1898." Which report was adopted. Also favorably, House bill entitled "An Act to add additional sections to Article 4, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title ‘City of Baltimore,' as repealed and re-enacted by chapter 123, of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland, ses- sion 1898, sub-title Miscellaneous Local Laws,' sub-title ‘Police Commissioners,' sub-title ‘Special Fund,' to follow section 776, and to be known as Sections 776 A, 776 B, 776 C, 776 D, 776 E and 776 F.'" Which was read the second time. Also, unfavorably, House bill entitled "An Act to add three additional sections to Article 4 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title ‘City of Baltimore' to be known as sub-title ‘Attach- ment' ‘Section 73 AA and 73 BB and section 73 CC' re- spectively." Which report was adopted. Mr. Applegarth, from Select Committee, reported lay- orably, House bill entitled "An Act to add a new section to Article 10 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title ‘Dor- chester County' sub-title ‘Fish' to follow section 185 B, as enacted by chapter 80 of the Acts of 1892, and to be designated ‘185 C.' " Which was read the second time. |
