Mr. Williams, of Anne Arundel, frpm Committee on Sanitary Condition of State, reported favorably, House bill entitled "An Act to add two new sections to be designated 149 A, 149 B, to Article 27 of Code of Pub- lic General Laws, title ‘Crimes and Punishments' under the sub-title ‘Health,' to be preceded by the word ‘Calves." Which was read the second time. Also, favorably, House bill entitled "An Act to regulate the manufac- ture, sale and exchange of condensed or preserved milk, to follow section 138 E, Article 27, Public General Laws, and to be designated as ‘138 F.'"
