House bill entitled "An Act to amend Article 54, of
the Code of Public General Laws, by adding an addi-
tional section thereto, to follow section 46, of said Article
and to be designated as ‘Section 46 A.'"

House bill entitled "An Act to declare the sanction and
consent of the General Assembly of Maryland, to the
sale, grant and deed by Emily M. Jenkins and Charles
Taylor Jenkins, her husband, to the vestry of the Church
of St. Michael and All Angels, a religious corporation, to
and for the use and benefit of said corporation as here-
inafter named."

House bill entitled "An Act to sanction a transfer of a
bequest in the last will and testament of Dr. John Gun-
by, late of Worcester county, deceased, by the trustees
or committee of the Makemie Memorial Church of Wor-
cester county to the trustees or committee of the Gunby
Presbyterian Church of Worcester county, and to make
valid said bequest."
