Rouse bill entitled "An Act to prohibit the shooting
of wild fowl between the first day of May and the tenth
day of October, in the waters of the Great Choptank
river and its tributaries lying wholly within the limits
of Trappe District, In Talbot county, Md."
Which was read the second time.
Also, favoribly,
House bill entitled "An Act to amend Article 11 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title ‘Frederick
County,' sub-title ‘Wolves and Foxes,' by adding three
additional sections thereto, to follow section 460 of said
Article, and to be designated as ‘SectIons 460 A, 460 B
and 4600.'"
Which was read the second time.
Mr. Bouic, from Committee on Judicial Proceedings,
reported favorably,
Rouse bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments, section 184 C, of Article 2 of the Code
of Public Local Laws, title ‘Anne Arundel County,' sub-
title "Liquors and Intoxicating Drinks.'"
Which was read the second time.
Also favorably, with proposed amendments,
Rouse bill entitled "An Act to declare the sanction and
consent of the General Assembly of Maryland, to sundry
gifts. bequests and devises contained In the last wills and
testaments of certain persons deceased. and also to cer-
tain gifts, grants, sales, leases and deeds made by various
persons, to and for the use and benefit of sundry minis-
terial persons, religious corporations, educational institu-
tions or sects, and to certain charitable institutions here-
inafter named."
AMENDMENTS PROPOSED
Insert the following after 'the bequest as contained in
the last will and testament of Samel Seibert, late of
Washinton county, Maryland. deceased," namely:
"The bequest of $8,000 to the Theological Seminery of
the General Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church,
in the United States, at Gettysburg, State of Pennsyl-
vania. The bequest of $4000 to the trustees Pennsyl-
vania College, at Gettysburg, In the connty of Adams,
