State of Pennsylvania. The bequest of $1,000 to the
Washington County Home for Orphans and Friendless
Children. The bequest of $4,000 to the Board of Home
Missions of the General Synod of the Evangelical Church
in the United States. The bequest of $1,000 to the
Board of Foreign Missions of the General Synod of
the Evangelical Lutheran Church of the United States.
The bequest unto the Board of Directors of Susquehanna
University of the Evangelical Lutheran Church, located
at Schlin's Grove, in the county of Snyder, in the State
of Pennsylvania. Bequest in the will of Jane H. Part-
ridge, late of Cecil county, of $1,000 to the Vestry of
Trinity Parish, Cecil county, to the conveyance from
Wrn. Frick, trustee, to trustees of the Methodist Episco-
pal Church of Franklin Street Station in the city of Bal-
timore, dated April 28, 1869, G. R. N. 420, Folio 120, and.
two lots west side of Poppleton street, beginning at the
south side of Franklin street, running south to Pierce
street. And a deed from trustees of the Methodist
Episcopal Church of Baltimore city, deed to William Mc-
Cauley, of five lots west side of Poppleton street, begin-
ning at the north side of Pierce street, and the yearly
rents issuing thereout, and dated April 26, 1898, and re-
corded among the Land Record of Baltimore city on or
about this date. A mortgage from said trustees to the
Savings German Bank of Baltimore to secure a loan of
$65,000 on property at southwest corner of Franklin and
Poppleton streets, and the lot adjoining to the west,
thereby recorded among the Land Records of said city."

"To the conveyance from Herman Schultz and wife to
the trustees of Fulton &venue Baptist Church of Balti-
more city, of certain lots in the village of Joshua, in Bal-
timore county, by deed duly recorded on March 20, 1900,
in Liber N. B. M., No. 245, folio 9, &c., of the Land.
Records of said county."

Which proposed amendments were severally adopted

And the bill was read the second time.

House bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 18, of
Article 41, of the Code of Public General Laws of Mary-
land, title ‘Governor,' and to re-enact the same with
a mendments."
