Also unfavorably, Senale bill entitled "An Act to allow the Mayor and City Council to appeal to the Comptroller of the State Treasury and State Treasurer from decisions of the Tax Commissioners." Which report was adopted. Also unfavorably, Senate bill entitled "An Act to provide for a State sub-. scription to Thompson's Tables of Maryland Citations." Which report was adopted. Also favorably, House bill entitled "An Act to provide for the placing of an oil portrait picture of Henrietta Maria, after whom this State was named, in the hall of the House of Dele- gates, and to appropriate a sum of money therefor." Which was read the second time. Also, unfavorably, Senate bill entitled "An Act to authorize and direct the Board of Public Works and the County Commission- ers of Anne Arundel county to keep on duty a special guard boat in Hering Bay, Anne Arundel county, during the whole year instead of a part of the year, as at pres- ent."
