House bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact with
amendments, section 59 of Article 11 of the Code of Pub-
lip Local Laws, title ‘Frederick County,' subtitle ‘Birds
and Game,' as enacted by chapter 309 of the Acts of 1890
Which was read the second time.
Also, unfavorably,
House bill entitled "An Act to empower the State's
Attorney for Frederick county, upon order of the Circuit
Court for Fredei ick county, to file a criminal information
and regulate the proceedings thereunder."
Which report was adopted.
Mr. Dodson, from Select Committee, reported favor-
ably,
House bill entitled "An Act to authorize and empower
the Commissioners of Easton to execute a deed or deeds
of release to the Avon Hotel Company of Talbot county
and John Mason, respectively, of so much of the lots
by them respectively, as was formerly covered by an
alley running north from Dover street as a contin-
uation of Talbot Lane, in exchange for another parcel of
land to be used for a public alley."
Which was read the second time.
Also, favorably,
House bill entitled "An Act to repeal sections 31, 32,
33, 36, 37, 42, 44, 45, 49, 50, 51, 52, 53, 67, 68 and 82, of
Article 81, of the Code of Public General Laws of Mary-
land, title ‘Revenue and Taxes,' so far as the same relates
to Talbot county, and to repeal sections 32, 33 and 34,
of Article 21, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
‘Talbot County,' sub-title ‘County Commissioners,' and to
re-enact the following sections in lieu thereof providing
for the election of a County Treasurer for Taihot County,
and defining the duties and powers of said treasurer."
Which was read the second time.
President Hubuer, from Select Committee, reported
favorably,
House bill entitled "An Act to abolish the payment of
appearance fees to attorneys-at-law by the County Com-
missioners of Baltimore county, in habeas corpus cases
arising in said county."
