Also favorably, House bill entitled "An Act to authorize the Mayor and Cdttncil of Hagerstown to issue bonds to pay the town's quota or assessment for the extension of Prospect street in said town, northward between Washington and Church streets, and for the laying out, grading and macadamizing the same." Which was read the second time. Also, favorably, House bill entitled "An Act to encourage the develop- ment of manufacturers and maunfacturing industries in Hagerstown, and in other parts of Washington county, and to provide for the exemption of certain manufactur- lug establishments from municipal and county taxation." Which was read the second time. Mr. Rohrback, from Select Committee, reported favor- ably, House bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 40 of Ar- ticle 11 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title Frederick County,' sub-title Birds and Game,' and to re-enact the same with amendments." Which Was read the second time. Also favorably, House bill entitled "An Act to repeal sections 145 and 150 of Article 11 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title ‘Frederick County,' sub-title "Fish,' and re-enact the same with amenäthents." Which was read the second time. Also favorably, House bill entitled "An Act requiring the Baltimpre and Ohio Railroad Company to keep a flagman stationed at the crossing of said railroad over the county road ‘at Monrovia, Frederick county."
