DO and 91, of Article 27, Code of Public General Laws,
title 'Crimes and Punishments, sub-title 'Fraud---Butter,
Oleomargarine,' and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments," so as to read as follows:

House bill entitled "An Act to authorize the Mayor
and Cdttncil of Hagerstown to issue bonds to pay the
town's quota or assessment for the extension of Prospect
street in said town, northward between Washington and
Church streets, and for the laying out, grading and
macadamizing the same."

Also, favorably,
House bill entitled "An Act to encourage the develop-
ment of manufacturers and maunfacturing industries in
Hagerstown, and in other parts of Washington county,
and to provide for the exemption of certain manufactur-
lug establishments from municipal and county taxation."
